Professional licence Management of the Relation Customers and E-trade IUT of Alençon -
Promotion 2005/2006
General presentation:

The professional licence is dedicated to the formation of intermediate frameworks of level II in the professional sector Echange and Management.
The future graduate will have competences trades in several fields: technology (telephone plate and data-processing bond, Internet, waiters), logistics (transfer of numerical flows, ergonomics), culture and methods marketing (strategy, relation customers, development of consumer loyalty and search for new customers), safety (of data, networks), electronic signature, creation and resumption of company.
The program:

Teaching is divided into seven Units of teaching:

UE1: Language communication and homogenisation (110h): English, communication, integration and homogenisation of the public ones.

UE2: Marketing strategy (60h): sale on line, VAD, strategy marketing and telemarketing.
UE3: Entreprenariat (70h): right of the businesses, financial management, methodology of project control, human stock management.
UE4: Technological and vocational training, GRC (70h): catch in hand of a professional software, animation and supervision, vocation and actors of the centers of contracts, logistics, technological choice, organization of a campaign, GRC, quality, certification.
UE5: Scientific and technological formation, E-trade (70h): creation of commercial sites, management and administration of a site, structures and safety of networks, markéting electronic advanced, software free and free.
UE6: Safety and confidence in numerical economy (60h): confidence in numerical economy and aspects legal, safety of payment, safety of numerical transfer of flow, electronic signature, dematerialization of the procedures, electronic filing.
UE7: Tutoré project: (150h)
UE8: Training courses in company: 15 weeks in companies (3semaines, then 12 weeks).
Training period:

The formation comprises two training courses in companies: a three weeks training course (of November 28 at December 16) and a 12 weeks training course (of March 27 at June 16). It is important for the student to find a training course in order to put its assets into practice.
